| Overview |
|
ONS has played an important part in the Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy by providing data on small areas from a number of government sources, on a coherent basis. To this end, the Neighbourhood Statistics (NeSS) website has been developed. The LHAD team was charged with identifying relevant administrative data held by a variety of organisations such as Local Authorities, Defra, the Registry Trust and other agencies.
Our work for the LHAD project included:
- Analysis of small-area data on childcare; early years education; debt; anti-social behaviour; and flytipping
- Preparation of datasets for inclusion on the Neighbourhood Statistics website
- Review of datasets with respect to their suitability for inclusion on the website
