Tecis Ltd provided assistance to the Croatian Employment Service in two areas:
- the development of labour market information from a variety of data sources to support the work of employment service advisers.
- the development of a survey of employers to provide ongoing information on skills needs.
This survey explored:
- Their experience in recruiting the labour they require
- Their skills requirements and attitudes to training and development of staff
- Their expectations for the future
The report was intended to support the work of the Employment Service and of vocational educational and training providers with a view to making it more employer-centred, thus increasing the employability of the labour force in the medium term |
