Our principal researcher is Dr Ivy Papps. Ivy is an experienced economist with a history of academic and policy-related work in the social sector.  She has a BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics and a MA and PhD from the Department of Economics at the University of Chicago. She has worked extensively in the transition economies of central and eastern Europe as well as in the Middle East, Africa, the USA and the UK.

We have a wide academic and consultancy network that we can use to add specific expertise to supplement our own.
